New clients importing from China, not another exchange
Polish importers come to us with real cargo to move. We collect the full set of parameters and verify the details; you decide which shipments you want to price.
Matched enquiries, not mass mailing
We are not an exchange where everyone receives everything. You get enquiries that fit the route and mode you declared, in a group kept small enough that preparing a quote is worth doing.
Enquiries, not contacts
We do not sell address lists or clicks. You get the full set of shipment parameters, ready to price - including the cargo broken into lines with the CBM already calculated.
Our own channel to importers
We do not buy clients in ad auctions; we reach them in a community we run ourselves. That is a channel nobody replicates by raising a campaign budget.
The client stays yours
We do not sit in the payment chain and we do not stand between you and the importer. The contract of carriage is signed directly, on your terms and your documents.
What exactly you get in an enquiry
The importer’s form runs through four steps and will not let an enquiry through without the data a forwarder needs to price it. The full list below - with nothing on it that we do not actually collect.
- Company and tax ID
- identifies the importer
- Scope of service
- door-to-door, port-to-door, door-to-port or port-to-port
- Route
- place of loading in China, city or port of delivery in Poland
- Addresses
- loading and delivery, when the scope includes the door legs
- Incoterms
- the rule, or a note that it is still to be agreed
- Cargo
- lines with dimensions, weight and quantity - each size separately
- Volume and weight
- CBM and total weight, calculated and shown to the importer
- Stackability
- yes, no or unknown
- Goods
- category, description, HS code and value where the importer knows them
- Dangerous goods
- an explicit ADR / IMDG declaration
- Readiness
- ready now, 1–2 weeks, 2–4 weeks or a specific date
- Preferences
- transport modes, price or time priority, extra services
- Contact
- person, email and phone
Where our importers come from
We run the “Alibaba - Import z Chin” group, a community of people importing from China. That is where they ask about suppliers, a first container and shipping costs, long before they start looking for a forwarder.
So we are not bidding for the same ad clicks as everyone else. We reach the importer earlier, while the shipment is still being planned.
- Group members
- over 18,000
Who we are looking for
We are not building a base of hundreds of companies. We promise importers that we only ask vetted forwarders, that promise runs both ways, so the vetting is real rather than a formality.
- Documented experience on the China–Poland lane, at least two years
- A registered business in Poland or the EU with an active VAT number
- Current freight forwarder liability insurance
- Offers itemised into components - freight, surcharges, terminal charges, customs, delivery
- A reply to an enquiry within 24 working hours
- No charges revealed after the booking is taken - the quoted price has to hold
How we work together
We are building a narrow group of forwarders specialising in the China–Poland lane. The terms of cooperation are agreed individually - they depend on the lanes you operate and the scale you work at.
- 1
Application
You fill in the form and tell us which lanes and modes of transport you genuinely operate.
- 2
Verification
We check the registration details, the forwarder's liability cover and your track record on the China lane. The check is real, because it is what we promise importers.
- 3
A conversation
A short call about the enquiries you want to receive and about how we work together. Terms are agreed individually, depending on scope and scale.
- 4
Enquiries
You receive enquiries matched to your declared specialisation, with the full set of parameters needed to quote. No exclusivity and no commitment for the future.
The service is only starting, so we cannot show you historical conversion statistics - we do not have any and we are not going to invent them. What we propose instead is testing the channel on real enquiries, and talking about terms once you know what it is worth to you.
Apply with your company
We come back within two working days. Applying commits you to nothing and costs nothing - including after the pilot, if you decide the channel is not for you.
Create an account to apply
The account ties your application to your address, so once we have verified the company we simply open the panel - no second account, no guessing which address the application came from. It takes a moment and costs nothing.
Applying commits you to nothing and carries no fee
